Our own brand portfolio is growing
After the successful launch of Talent Drive in 2019, our specialist Procurement and Supply Chain recruitment agency, we have continued to build our brand portfolio with the launch of Talent Finance, a specialist accountancy and finance recruitment agency in 2023. We also have plans to diversify into other industry sectors as we continue to expand.

About our CEO
Martin Smith
Martin has an extensive background in recruitment across a range of industries for over 14 years, having worked in a mixture of recruitment agency and in-house recruitment roles.
He is driven by a real gap in the recruitment market to do something different – to not just ‘transact’ with clients, but build a true strategic partnership and become an extension of their team.
This drive has resulted in the formation of both Talent Drive, who specialise solely in Procurement and Supply Chain recruitment, Talent Finance, a specialist recruiter for the finance industry and now Talent Group.
